Paul James, 39, was travelling on the 11.06am train from Neath to Manchester Piccadilly on Friday (July 30) when he said the entire carriage became crowded with passengers.
The passenger told WalesOnline that all four carriages of the train were “rammed full” yet passengers were still being allowed to board at each stop.
