A theme park as responded after a mum claimed she was forced to leave by police because they deemed her shorts to be "too short." Bailey Breedlove, who is autistic, was attending a Six Flags theme park in Oklahoma, US, with her 11-year-old daughter and her partner when the incident took place.
She said the family were approached by police when they stopped her daughter from rolling down a hill on her Heelys, before turning their attention to her outfit.
Bailey claimed police grabbed her by the arm and told her she would need to go and purchase some new shorts if she wanted to remain in the park, before going on to accuse her of 'criminal trespassing,' despite saying they planned to leave.
