Nolan Neal's cause of death has been ruled an accident, three months after he was found dead at age 41 in his Nashville home.The singer, who competed on America's Got Talent and The Voice, died of 'acute combined drug toxicity,' according to People.

The Davidson County Medical Examiner's office stated they found 'a deadly combination of morphine, methamphetamine, fentanyl and acetyl fentanyl' in his system.

The crooner was found dead in the bedroom of his Nashville apartment, shared with his cousin Dylan Seals, according to TMZ.It was his roommate who found his body, it was claimed by the outlet.
