First debuting in 2019, The Umbrella Academy on Netflix has since scooped up a number of accolades, including six Emmy nominations.
The streaming service also revealed that 45 million households had watched season one during its first month of release, becoming one of the most streamed series of that year in the process.
Almost two years after the second season’s conclusion, the much-loved series will finally return for its latest 10-episode run, commencing with episode one’s Meet the Family.
It is based on the comic book series of the same name, written by Gerard Way and illustrated by Gabriel Bá. The overarching plot revolves around a group of former child heroes who are adopted and become a dysfunctional family.
