And according to a report, they aren't willing to go against the rest of the board and back Rangers' call for an EGM - where they will then chase for a second investigation into the governing body.Rangers need 32 clubs out of the 42 to vote yes to their bid to get an EGM.
Many clubs are believed to be wary of a six figure bill that could end up coming their way if the SPFL have to hire a QC.The Scottish Sun also report that Hearts and Stranraer are the two clubs who have officially backed Rangers resolution to the SPFL so
