Personal estate agent Gareth Yates said the house sparked interest as soon as the 'for sale' sign was pitched outside, with seven viewings taking place before it even hit the online property portals.
The detached house ended up attracting 28 viewings within just four days after going live - and sparked seven offers - all over the asking price bar one.
