The song that is used at the end of the new Netflix movie The Old Guard when the credits start rolling wasn’t actually written for the film, despite the lyrics fitting perfectly for the story. Elle King‘s song “Baby Outlaw” is the song that is played when the credits start!

The song was released back in October 2018 and Elle wrote it with Greg Kurstin, who is one of Adele‘s frequent collaborators.

The track is featured on her album Shake the Spirit. “Well I ain’t nobody’s baby / Baby, I’m an outlaw / Call me a criminal, maybe / Baby, I’m an outlaw / You know I ain’t evil, but I ain’t a saint / Can’t help it, I was born this way,” Elle sings on the track.
