The Snuts have encouraged their fanbase to 'bombard' their record company, Parlophone, in order to release their second album early.

The West Lothian rockers announced their highly anticipated second album, Burn The Empire, back in June and currently isn't due to hit shelves until October 7.

However, the band are keen to release their tracks earlier so fans get a chance to hear the album ahead of their upcoming UK tour.

The group, from Whitburn, are due to head on tour across the UK and will play three Scottish dates - in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Inverness - as well as gigs in London and Manchester.
