They became famous for appearing in controversial BBC documentary series The Scheme in 2010 and almost 13 years later, Dayna McLaughlin has called for a reunion with her ex Marvin Baird.
Dayna, Marvin and his dog Bullet were among the residents of Kilmarnock's Onthank estate who were featured in the series, and they shot to fame over their chaotic lifestyle.
The first episode of The Scheme attracted more than 300,000 viewers while more than 500,000 watched the second one. The final two episodes never aired because another 'star' of the reality show at the time was facing a criminal trial.
And in 2011, ex-Scottish Tory leader Ruth Davidson branded The Scheme “poverty pornography”.Dayna has now taken to social media site TikTok to publicly ask her ex-partner Marvin Baird out for a coffee as she wants to know 'how he's doing'.Dayna, who appeared on the show when she was just 19, went on to invite him and his new partner out for a bite to eat, saying she would foot the bill for him - but not his girlfriend.Speaking on the video titled: "To Marvin", Dayna said: "This is to Marvin Baird, Marvin get off private" She then quoted herself from the show, saying "It's me or the blues and it'll definitely be me this time!"In another video titled Marvin part 2, Dayna says: "Me and my pal Kim will be going into Killie on Friday so if you want you'e no doing anything on Friday and you and your mrs or whatever can come and have a coffee and something to eat on us, ken wit a mean?
