The Rookie returns with a brand new episode tonight on ABC, but the hit TV show will be getting a different time slot going forward!

Originally, when the fan favorite Nathan Fillion-starrer returned for season 7 on ABC, it was scheduled for Tuesday nights at 10pm ET.

Now, there’s a change happening that you might want to know about! Keep reading to find out more… The Rookie will now air at 9pm ET on Tuesdays.

Fans are assuming this is because High Potential, which used to air in that time slot, has officially wrapped up season 1. Now, there’s a hole in the schedule and The Rookie has been moved down to take its place.
