Justin Timberlake is putting family first amid his DWI drama. On Wednesday, TMZ reported that the *NSYNC alum had agreed to a plea deal that will see his driving while intoxicated charge from earlier this summer dropped.
In turn, that’ll prevent him from serving any prison time, and it’ll require him to just pay a $300 to $500 fine… and that’s it.
However, he WILL plead guilty to a much lesser charge: driving while ability impaired. That is not a criminal offense… despite all the evidence that made it appear as though he WAS under the influence!
But why did he agree to plead guilty to ANY charge after his lawyer Edward Burke Jr. said that he wasn’t guilty??
