Anita Rani has reportedly split from her husband after 14 years of marriage. The TV presenter, who regularly appears on The One Show and Countryfile – and who partnered Gleb Savchenko on 2015's Strictly Come Dancing – married Bhupinder Rehal in Bradford, West Yorkshire, in 2009.
But now a source has told The Mirror that they pair have decided to separate. The source said: “It’s really sad but they’ve decided to separate.Their hectic schedules over the past couple of years have sadly meant they’ve drifted apart over time. "They remain on very good terms and wish nothing but the best for one another.” OK!
has approached a representative for Anita Rani for comment. Forty five year old Anita is a household staple across radio and TV, with her other credits including stand-in slots on BBC Radio 2, presenting Woman's Hour on BBC Radio 4 and hosting Channel 4's daytime quiz show The Answer Trap.
In November 2022, she was named as the new chancellor of the University of Bradford, and was inducted into the role in a ceremony in March this year.
