The New York Times is hitting back at Justin Baldoni over claims in his amended lawsuit. On Saturday (February 1), it was revealed that the 41-year-old It Ends With Us director and actor made changes to his lawsuit against Blake Lively, alleging that she had been working with The New York Times for months on the article in which she accused him of sexual harassment.

In the updated suit, Justin‘s team claims readers of the article found “viewing the HTML source code for the article revealed references to a ‘message-embed-generator’ that referred to a date of ’2024-10-31.’” The article was published in December 2024.
