Mariah Carey (born March 27, 1969 or 1970) is an American singer, songwriter, actress, and record producer. Referred to as the "Songbird Supreme" by Guinness World Records, she is noted for her five-octave vocal range, melismatic singing style, and signature use of the whistle register.
She rose to fame in 1990 after signing to Columbia Records and releasing her eponymous debut album, which topped the U.S. Billboard 200 for eleven consecutive weeks. New‘s Daily Pop, Bre said while “some people have their idea of conventional relationships and certain things,” she and Nick still “have a beautiful relationship [where] everything is so supportive and positive.” Bre went on to say that while she and Nick haven’t dated exclusively for that long, they’ve been close for nearly a decade, and that even though they’ve both been in other relationships, she would “always come back” to Nick. “Him and I have had our on-and-off for years,” Bre explained. “And I just respect and love who he is so much as a person, that when I thought about, ‘Do I want my son to be this person?
Look at your characteristics, look at your personality, look at how you treat people…’ That’s what is so much more important to me than anything.
And he treats me amazing, so that’s all I look at.” Nick confirmed back in January that he and Bre are expecting a baby boy.
