Listed for sale on July 1, the property in Droylsden, Tameside boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms - and estate agents are accepting offers over £55,000.
It is easy to see why it is so sought-after in comparison to what homes typically cost in the area. The average house price for Droylsden in July was £197,841, according to Rightmove, with the most popular sales being semi-detached properties that sold for around £202,517.
