There are certain properties that tend to catch the eyes of house hunters, whether that be for their jaw-dropping size, appearance, huge price tag or cheap cost.
One home in Greater Manchester has recently sparked a lot of attention on property site Zoopla thanks to the latter. Data provided each month by Zoopla reveals which homes have attracted the most views from house hunters and for July, this semi-detached home proved to be the biggest hit.
Listed for sale on July 1, the property in Droylsden, Tameside boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms - and estate agents are accepting offers over £55,000.
It is easy to see why it is so sought-after in comparison to what homes typically cost in the area. The average house price for Droylsden in July was £197,841, according to Rightmove, with the most popular sales being semi-detached properties that sold for around £202,517.
