Ahead of national fitness day 2022 (21 September), experts have revealed their go-to exercises that will help to burn away the bulge and lose weight.
Celebrity trainer and nutrition expert Jillian Michaels, revealed combining cardio, strength and core exercises is best for reducing fat.
Core exercises have been hailed the "most effective" movement for burning stomach fat. She said: "I'm a big fan of exercises that are core-focused.
