Masked Singer viewers think they've cracked the code and have 'unmasked' Cricket in this season's show. Fans are convinced that the bug-inspired character is none other than a chart-topping legend after a string of cryptic clues point in their direction.
During last week's episode, Cricket performed a fantastic version of Snap's epic dance song Rhythm of the Night, which was released in 1992 but later covered by plenty of artists to bring it to today's generation.
The show's tease on their website, which asked viewers if they were 'wise enough to solve the Cricket riddle?', had fans jumping straight into super sleuth mode and now they think they have it sussed. They are convinced though that Cricket telling the VT his "scores aren't just about cricket" is actually a musical reference.
Other clues have included a fake posh accent, the overuse of the word 'jolly', a video package of Lemar Cricket Club in Frankfurt and holding his back, which judges believe is a decoy to pretend he's an older contestant.
