Leigh-born band The Lottery Winners have shared their 'heartbreak' after having to postpone their upcoming gigs. The band posted an update on social media this morning explaining they had received some 'tragic' news and would "not be able to continue" with the tour schedule.
The group, which formed in 2008 have sold out shows at home and across the Atlantic, and in May their latest album went to number one on the official UK charts.
However, this morning they have had to postpone their next three shows and said they would post an update about their upcoming Manchester date in due course.
In a note shared to X, formerly known as Twitter, the band wrote: "It is with absolute heartbreak that we will be postponing the upcoming shows of our tour.
