nme.comThe Killers have announced a surprise intimate gig in New York City ahead of their UK and Ireland tour.Brandon Flowers and co will take over the Bowery Ballroom – an iconic venue in Manhattan’s Lower East Side with a capacity of 500 people – this Friday (June 7).
General ticket sales will commence tomorrow (June 6) at 10am local time. The tour will kick off on Wednesday (June 12) at Dublin’s 3Arena and will see Flowers and co performing at 16 arenas, including four nights at Manchester’s Co-Op Live and six nights at The O2 in London.Later this year, they will return to their Las Vegas hometown to celebrate their debut album with an eight-night residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
The shows will see them performing ‘Hot Fuss’ in its entirety for the first time.
