ok.co.ukTV star Sarah Greene was left devastated when her husband Mike Smith - famed for being a BBC Radio 1 DJ - suddenly passed away in 2014.Top Of The Pops presenter Mike suffered complications after major heart surgery, resulting in him losing his life at the age of 59.
Sarah, 66, married Mike in 1989 and the pair enjoyed 25 years of marriage. In a display of his love and commitment to his wife, Mike left his entire estate - after funeral and legal bills - to her in his will.
The amount left behind in his will totalled £1,190,284.This figure did not include any assets or property jointly owned with Sarah.
Mike enjoyed a successful career as a TV and radio presenter. He was known for his appearances on BBC One as a co-host of Breakfast Time and the music show Top of the Pops.
