If you’ve been holding out for the Downton Abbey film sequel, you’ll have to wait a little longer before you can kick back with the Crawley’s once again.
While the film release has been pushed back till March 2022 – it was initially meant to hit screens this Christmas – plenty of details have been trickling through to get us excited about everyone’s favourite period drama.
The new release will be titled Downton Abbey: A New Era and Downton’s resident housekeeper Mrs Hughes played by Phyllis Logan recently told Lorraine that filming is already underway.
