The Conjuring and Hawkeye, has revealed that she will be sharing a debut album with her metal band The Yagas.The Academy Award-nominated actor has been involved in the music world for years now, and has got fans talking over the years by covering some of the biggest hits in metal.
Back in 2022, she covered both Iron Maiden‘s ‘The Trooper’ and Black Sabbath‘s ‘War Pigs’ at the Rock Academy. The following year she dropped a blistering cover of the Slipknot hit ‘Duality’.
Now, she has shared that a debut album is on the way from herself and her band The Yagas. Titled ‘Midnight Minuet’, the record is set to arrive on April 25, and features 10 songs mixed by Grammy nominee Brian Virtue (Deftones) and mastered by Grammy winner Emily Lazar (Coldplay).A new preview of the record comes in the form of the recent single ‘Life Of A Widow’, which is out now and tackles themes of loss and overcoming a feeling of isolation.“The song is aching to feel the presence of a deceased loved one.
