The 39-year-old, from Bolton, captioned the post: "This January has lasted about three months. Please reach out to your pals who have gone a bit quiet!" Speaking in the short clip, Jenny began: "So, I've not been doing much social media for a little while. "That's because I've been struggling with my 'wobbly' mental health." She went on to say that January is "traditionally a really tough time" for her, referencing the lack of daylight and current 'crazy' political landscape. "So that's not just affecting me but pretty much everybody who has wobbly mental health," Jenny added before making a plea to her followers. "Please, as a favour to me, will you reach out to a friend of yours who you might not have heard from in a while, they might have gone a bit quiet... "It doesn't have to be a deep and meaningful chat. "Send them a meme they'll like or a TikTok, and it will have such a positive impact on somebody who's feeling down at the moment." She ended the video with a smile by saying: "Do it for Jen," and blowing a kiss into the camera.

The ITV quizzer has previously opened up about her mental health, revealing she was diagnosed with depression in her late teens.
