Mark Flint, 44, is running at least 5 kilometres every day of 2021. And the unlikely springboard for Mark's gruelling challenge came in the shape of Manchester's landmark Beetham Tower. His runs have even included a number of longer challenges, like the Great North Run a week ago. He will also tackle the London Marathon in two weeks' time.
