Netflix and the BBC have released the first images of their Lockerbie disaster series, The Bombing of Pan Am 103, featuring Suits star Patrick J.

Adams. The six-part World Productions-produced series follows the untold story of the Scottish-U.S. investigation into the 1988 terror attack, during which 270 people were killed when a bomb exploded on a flight en route from Heathrow to JFK.

The series (originally titled Lockerbie) leads up to this year’s jury trial of Abu Agila Masud, the man accused of making the bomb.

Abdulbasset Al Megrahi is the only person convicted in connection with the disaster. Cast includes Connor Swindells (Sex Education), Merritt Wever (Unbelievable), Peter Mullan (Ozark) Tony Curran (Mary & George), Douglas Hodge (The Great), Eddie Marsan (The Power), Nicholas Gleaves (After The Flood) Lauren Lyle (Karen Pirie), Andrew Rothney (The Undeclared War), Phyllis Logan (Downton Abbey), Cora Bissett (Annika), Kevin McKidd (Greys Anatomy), Parker Sawyers (Spy/Master), James Harkness (The Sixth Commandment), Molly Geddes (Dinosaur), Khalid Laith (Vigil), and Amanda Drew (The Gold).
