Jeremy Allen White has shared an insights into his rigorous regime as he gears up to portray Bruce Springsteen in the much-anticipated biopic, Deliver Me From Nowhere.White, the star of the hit FX series The Bear, is set to embody the star - nicknamed The Boss - in the forthcoming film, which will delve into the creation of Springsteen's seminal 1982 album Nebraska and explore the musician's personal odyssey.
