Bachelor Nation alum Ben Higgins is a dad! The 35-year-old reality star, who competed on The Bachelorette in 2015 before fronting a season of The Bachelor in 2016, took to social media on Wednesday (February 12) to reveal that he and wife Jessica Clarke had welcomed their first child together.

He provided an update on how everyone was doing and teased when he’d share the first official photos of his newborn daughter. Keep reading to find out more… On Instagram, Ben shared a photo of himself looking down at his wife in a hospital bed while she cradled their little one.

He had a look of awe on his face. “Update and more to come but baby girl Higgins has entered the world. She is healthy. @jessclarke_ is doing so well.

I don’t yet have words for what just happened but the update right now is we have a daughter and Jess is recovering so well.
