The 49-year-old entrepreneur looked sensational as she exercised in a pink sports bra teamed with berry-coloured workout leggings.
Amy showed off her toned midriff as she ran through a variety of moves, keeping up her hydration with a bottle of water to hand.
She told back in March how she had lost five stone ahead of appearing in the long-running BBC business competition. She decided to lose weight after being diagnosed with two health conditions after the birth of her son Jacob, who is now five.
