The Apprentice’s runner-up Kathryn Burn has opened up about a sweet moment that didn’t air on the BBC final. Speaking about being reunited with her fellow candidates in the final task to win Lord Sugar’s £250,000 investment, Kathryn explained she was overcome with emotion and the tears began to flow.

The 29 year old revealed to OK! and other press outlets: “It’s not in the show, you won’t see it, but I was actually crying. “I’d only seen [semi-finalists] Steff [Affleck] and Brittany [Carter] two days before I saw them again, but I missed them so much.

She told us: “I loved the final. Obviously there is a lot of stress, and a lot of pressure, but that task is all about what I do for a living and what I love and am passionate about. “I’m really proud of my performance in the final and Lord Sugar chose Harpreet because obviously he felt that she was the right business person for him, and that’s absolutely fine.” Kathryn went on to say: “I wouldn’t change anything, to be completely honest with you.
