Fans of the 1975 are in for a treat as lead singer Matty Healy is set to appear on a reality show with his mum, Denise Welch.The 35 year old musician, who is the son of Loose Women star Denise and her ex-husband Tim Healy, will be making an appearance on the Channel 4 reality series Celebrity Hunted.
Denise, who was married to Tim from 1988 until 2012, signed up for the show alongside her current husband Lincoln Townley. However, it's the inclusion of chart-topping star Matty that has got TV fans buzzing.The series, which was filmed over the summer, sees celebrities trying to reach a specified location while avoiding professional hunters.
In a trailer for the new season - set to air on Channel 4 on Sunday 5 January 2025 - Matty is seen in a scene where Denise and Lincoln hide backstage at Radio 1's Big Weekend.
The frontman is heard saying: "Seriously what's been going on? It's been mental. I've been sending random messages to your phone."
