The 1975's Matt Healy finally responds to Taylor Swift's 'diss track' on new album

Matt Healy, frontman of the band The 1975 and son of Loose Women's Denise Welch, has responded to the so-called "diss track" on Taylor Swift's album which is rumoured to be all about the singer.The musician, 35, briefly dated singer-songwriter Taylor back in June 2023, and her album track The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived is believed to be about their romance.

The album, The Tortured Poets Department, became the most-streamed album in a single week on streaming service Spotify following its release on Friday, and rumours about who she's been writing about have been swirling on the internet.

Lyrics in The Smallest Man Who Ever Live include "tried to buy some pills" and "didn't measure up in any measure of a man" are widely believed to be about her British ex.

Matt is also rumoured to be the inspiration for her collaboration track with Post Malone, titled Fortnight, which is the album's first song.
