In the mugshot, the shamed actor can be seen with a wild beard and moustache, and messy curls on top of his head, showing no emotion in the unflattering photo. This is the first mugshot released by the California Department of Corrections since his conviction.
It's reported that he was moved to North Kern State Prison in Delano, California earlier this week. This is the same prison where rapper Tory Lanez is serving his 10-year sentence for shooting Megan Thee Stallion in 2020.
Before his transfer, he was held at the Los Angeles County Men's Central Jail. Danny Masterson was first arrested and charged with three counts of rape in 2020 from three different women. There was a mistrial in 2022, but judges reheard the case a year later. The jury couldn't agree on one of the charges, so that count was dropped.
