After taking to the dance floor for another impressive routine with her partner Kai Widdrington, she didn't walk away from the live show unscathed, after getting stuck in her shoe.
Luckily, Tess was on hand to help as she dashed over to keep Angela stable as she struggled to walk on her way to face the judges.
As she let Angela lean on her for support, she said: "Is that your shoe honey?" A concerned Tess then asked: "Are you alright?" Her partner Kai also adorably dropped down to his knees in a Cinderella moment to help her fix her shoe, ensuring that she could head off the dance floor safely.
