'Christmas chocolate' was spotted in the aisles of Tesco this week sparking debate online on whether the first week of August was just too early to spot festive products for sale.
One confused shopper was in her local branch on Thursday when she spotted stacks of tubs of Celebrations and Miniature Heroes.The shopper said: "What’s the first sign of Christmas in the shops?
Sweet tubs! Thought that the tubs of sweets were never out so early. Usually after Halloween, but not at the beginning of August!" Celebrations and Miniature Heroes are typically sold at Christmas time but displays seen this week across Tesco stores left many other people confused, Hampshire Live reports.One commenter said: "By Christmas, we're all sick of it!
