Terrified Strictly star ‘can’t stop shaking’ after kids narrowly missed glass 'explosion'

Strictly Come Dancing star Greg Rutherford has told his Instagram followers about 'one of the most terrifying experiences of my life' after a glass explosion in his house, which narrowly missed his young children.The former British Olympian, 37, shared some videos to his Instagram Story where shattered glass could be seen covering the furniture and floors in his living room after a pane from his skylight exploded without warning.

Greg, who appeared on Strictly Come Dancing in 2016 and Dancing on Ice earlier this year, described what happened during the incident, as he revealed that he "can't stop shaking".

He explained: "One of our skylights up here just exploded. I was literally standing in the kitchen, watching the TV on the wall, and it just went bang.

Glass went everywhere." Greg then spoke about how close his nine year old son, Milo, was to being caught in the explosion of glass, as he said: "Kid you not, two minutes before, Milo was down here doing some school work.
