A tenth teenager has been arrested and questioned by police on suspicion of the murder of 16-year-old Kennie Carter. The 13-year-old from Stretford area, who was arrested on Monday morning, February 7, has since been released on bail.
Kennie died in hospital on January 22 after suffering a fatal wound to the chest following a reported stabbing in Stretford. They were all quizzed by investigators from Greater Manchester Police's Major Incident Team. Three other teenage boys who were arrested have since been eliminated from the inquiry.
Yesterday morning, February 7, police made a tenth murder arrest - a 13-year-old boy from the Stretford area who was questioned by detectives.
