Tennis superstar Aryna Sabalenka has been left heartbroken after her partner Konstantin Koltsov tragically passed away aged 42.
Konstantin, an impressive ice hockey star turned coach, was staying in Florida with the Australian Open champ when he sadly died from a "detached blood clot".
His passing was confirmed by his former club Salavat Yulaev Ufa via their Telegram page. Aryna, who unfortunately lost her father Sergey at just 43 back in November 2019, is yet to officially comment on this sad news.
However, it seems that the tennis community is already providing much-needed support.Telegraf, a Belarussian news outlet, revealed that Konstantin's sudden death was due to "a detached blood clot".
