Tekashi 6ix9ine is being sued for revenge porn allegations.The 27-year-old rapper – real name Daniel Hernández – was sued by his ex-girlfriend Jorgina Lulu Guillermo Diaz on Thursday (September 19) on allegations that he posted revenge porn of her online and physically and emotionally abused her during the course of their relationship.A lawsuit filed in federal court alleges that Tekashi beat, drugged and stole from Diaz, per Rolling Stone.

The listed causes of action in the suit are nonconsensual pornography, battery, fraud and intentional infliction of emotional distress.“Defendant has waged an appalling campaign of abuse against her – seeking to dominate, control, and harm her; alienate her from her family and friends; and rob her of hundreds of thousands of dollars of her hard-earned money,” the suit says.

Diaz is seeking at least $1 million in damages.Diaz has claimed that she ended her relationship with the rapper after discovering the alleged theft.

The suit claims that, in retaliation, Tekashi posted “private, intimate, and sexually explicit videos and photographs of Plaintiff” on Twitter/X.
