In a now viral TikTok video shared with his 1.7 million followers, @nguyensteadycutting showcased the lad's dramatic change.

The clip starts with the youngster admitting: "I kind of look homeless..." He is then questioned by the barber: "Whose idea was it to let you wear your hair like this?" Next the boy responds: "Not really any, kind of like a let it do what it wants.
