A student opened the doors to his fantastic garden bar just as thousands struggle to get a table at their local. Owen Barry, 18, from Nottingham, revamped the outside space into a beer haven ahead of his 18th birthday and got down to work back in February.
His account manager father, Stephen, 49, and brother Zach, 25, helped to bring his idea to life and the results speak for themselves.
Now they are counting down the days until Euro 2020 and will be expecting plenty of phone calls from friends asking for a spot in their bar for the big games this summer.
The family completed the project on April 11, just one day before lockdown restrictions were lifted and outdoor dining and drinking in bars and pubs was permitted.
