A teenager is set to appear in court accused of carrying a tool to steal near a bar in an upmarket Manchester suburb. Declan Kane has been charged with going equipped for stealing following an alleged incident outside the Kiosk bar in West Didsbury.
Police were called out to reports of an attempted bike theft being disrupted outside the Lapwing Lane premises. The incident took place at around 9pm last Thursday, July 28.

He is due to appear at Manchester Magistrates Court on Tuesday, August 9. Kiosk opened its doors for the first time last year as Manchester's smallest bar.
