A teenager accused of murder after he allegedly used a car as a 'weapon' has denied being the driver of the vehicle. Dillon Saunders, 19, is on trial accused of the murder of 17-year-old Josiah Norman in Salford.
Mr Norman was stabbed and 'deliberately' hit by a car, jurors at Manchester Crown Court have heard. READ MORE : Five women arrested in connection with double murder in Manchester Prosecutors allege that Mr Saunders was the driver of a Mini which knocked Mr Norman to the ground.
He denies being behind the wheel of the Mini. Manchester's courts are some of the busiest in the country with a vast array of cases heard every week.
