direct to your inboxA 16-year-old boy has been arrested after a man was stabbed in Longsight.GMP say the attack occurred around 7pm on March 14 on Brynton Road.The police say the victim was a man in his 20’s who suffered injuries to his arm and took himself to hospital where he currently remains.The teenager was arrested on suspicion of assault by grievous bodily harm and is being held in custody.In a statement a GMP spokesperson said: “Officers were called to a report of a stabbing on Brynton Road in Manchester at around 6.40pm yesterday (14 March 2021).“A man in his 20s had self-presented at hospital with injuries to his arm and remains in hospital.“A 16-year-old teenager was arrested on suspicion of assault by grievous bodily harm.
