Miranda McKeon took to social media to keep her fans updated about her devastating cancer diagnosis. The star of hit Netflix series Anne with an E revealed last month that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of just 19.

And now the actress has announced that she has undergone her first chemotherapy session as she fights the horrible disease. Taking to Instagram, the star said that her first appointment had been pushed back a day, making her stomach "drop to the floor".
