Teen Carsyn Davis was at the church bash in Florida two weeks before she died at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Miami-Dade on June 23, a medical examiner ruled.
An investigation into the southwest Florida teen's death found she had a complex medical history and was battling multiple health problems, WBBH-TV reports.
The medical examiner's report states Lee County resident Carsyn, whose mother is a nurse, went to an event held by the First Assembly of God Church in Fort Myers on June 10.
