A 'dedicated and beloved' teacher who refused to 'live in fear' after doctors discovered she had more than 100 tumours in her lungs has died.
Brave Ashley Wyss was just 21 when she was told she had cancer but she chose to not to find out what are prognosis was as she wanted to stay positive during a battle.
She passed away on Sunday at the age of 30. Ashley, from Ohio in the US, was diagnosed with thyroid cancer after she woke up one morning in 2011 to find a lump at the front of her neck.
She received the devastating news following an ultrasound and she immediately had surgery to remove her thyroid as well as 42 lymph nodes, ridding her body of cancer.
