Craig Embrey, 31, lost his job over the incident after he split the lower lip of the 16-year-old boy, who attends a specialist school.

Liverpool Crown Court heard how Embrey, who lives in Warrington, told the boy and his friend to 'f*** off' after they were said to be singing loudly outside his house.
