The English actor's participation towards the lyrics is credited on three songs - Champagne Problems, Coney Island and title track Evermore - under his pseudonym William Bowery.
It is not the first time that Joe has worked with Taylor, 30, on her music. He co-wrote the two songs Exile and Betty on the pop sensations previous album Folklore that dropped on July 23.
