Taylor Swift Returns to Number One on Billboard Album Chart!

Taylor Swift is back at number one on the Billboard 200 albums chart! The 31-year-old singer’s ninth studio album Evermore is currently the top album in the nation after earning 56,000 equivalent album units in the U.S.

for the week ending January 7. This is Evermore‘s third week at number one. It spent its first two weeks on top of the chart and went to number two last week when Playboi Carti‘s new album Whole Lotta Red debuted at number one. Taylor has now spent 51 weeks at number one on the Billboard 200 chart, which puts her in a tie for fourth place for the most weeks on top of the chart.

The only artists with more weeks are The Beatles with 132 weeks, Elvis Presley with 67 weeks, and Garth Brooks with 52 weeks.
