Buoyed by the pop crossover success of the singles "Love Story" and "You Belong with Me", it became the US' best-selling album of 2009 and was certified diamond in the US. The album won four Grammy Awards, and Swift became the youngest Album of the Year winner.

Taylor Swift isn’t just making records while at home amid the pandemic – she’s also cutting her own hair. The 31-year-old evermore singer opened up in an interview with Zane Lowe for Apple Music.

During the chat, she spoke about her process of making her latest surprise record. “So many people during the pandemic just were going on hikes and trying to get outside because it was…nature symbolized this strange comfort all of a sudden where everything was completely off-kilter and nobody could really figure out how to get their bearings.

And so we all went outside or we all tried to go camping or tried to go hiking or go on drives,” she explained. “It’s not that this album is all about like the forest and the woods and stuff.
